This sparkling wine is a typical product of Oltrepò one of the most important area for sparkling wine production in Italy. Made with traditional secondary fermentation in pressure tanks, it has creamy bubbles that give elegance to the wine.
Pinot Noir: minimum 85%; Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc jointly or separately up to a maximum of 15%.

Clear, medium to deep lemon colour with gold hints.
Clean, intense with preserved the characteristics of yeast, fruity and freshness from the original Pinot Noir grape and Martinotti producing method with autoclave secondary fermentation.
At palate it preserves the fruity fresh ed balanced notes of a Pinot Noir ri-fermented with the Martinotti method.
It should be enjoyed as an aperitif for elegant occasions and also throughout the meal if the menu is based on fish, shellfish or white meats.
