Made from the early harvest of Sauvignon Blanc grape, this sparkling wine is a unique product in the Oltrepò Pavese area and a national rarity. Made with a long secondary fermentation in pressure tanks, it has the elegance and the complexity of a luxury wine with creamy bubbles.
