When referring to the Pinot Noir grape, it should be highlighted that it represents a vast family of clones. Using different vinification methods, we can obtain red musts and wines from these black grapes, as well as rosé and white musts, which usually are the base for sparkling wines. Oltrepò Pavese boasts the national leadership both for quantity and quality production from Pinot Noir grape.
