Osiria sparkling wine has a rosè deep color and best summarize our winemaking style; pinot noir from Podere San Martino is harvested when its acidity is still fresh and the berry color is already deep; the winemaking process includes a maceration of a few hours and a careful secondary fermentation in pressure tank; the obtained product has a bright color and a taste of small red fruits.
